Saw Erwin today

On Mondays we get to go see Erwin. The girls and I get in the car and head to Olivia's gymnastics class. It gets out about 11:45 and we pick up some lunch and head to Poppy's place. Today we took him fried chicken from KFC. He absolutely loved it. Caroline has taken to laughing at Olivia. Olivia will laugh at her and she will laugh right back. Erwin got to witness this special event today. He smiled so big. It was great to see.

I am so glad he came to live in Utah. We usually get to see him 3 times a week. It is great for my kids. This morning, Olivia told me, "When I grow up like you, daddy will be like poppy and you will be like honey" (that's what she calls ari's mom). She wants daddy to be like poppy and I do too. I remember before I married Ari I looked at Erwin and saw what Ari might look like and be like when he was old. I knew I could live with that! Erwin is a good man. He is patient, always giving, loving, and generous.

My dad isn't around anymore. He hasn't been in my life for 12 years. Before Erwin, I didn't know what it was like having a dad as an adult. Erwin is a man I love to talk to. He always listens to me. He cares about me and my kids. I know he loves me. I consider Erwin my father and he tells people that I am his daughter.

When I got Ari, I never knew I would also be gaining a father.

So Proud!!

Hello Everyone!

Well this is really just an update to the previous post i put up last week. Usually I do not get to see Phill's completed work when he does his handyman jobs because I have no reason to go see his clients however this time is different!! Since we seem to be developing a friendship with the neighbors (from now on known as Ty & Tim) She invited me in to see the bathroom that Phill has been working on, I wish we had before & after pictures to show you but the difference from what he started with til now is amazing!!! He is doing a wonderful job & Ty is very impressed with him. She has said they plan on keeping him busy for a while & also sending him referrals from some of Tims friends in Beverly Hills!!! I think Phill's business is finally starting to really pay off :) Madison loves to go to work with her daddy and is always an angel when Tim & Ty play with her.....she absolutely loves them! Also Miss Madi is no longer satisfied looking at the world on her back she refuses to stay that way and is constantly rolling onto her belly last night she slept on her tummy for the first time cause she rolled that way to fall asleep....she is growing up so fast **sigh**.

Hi All,

Okay here is the scoop, we just got new neighbors to the right of us (very nice people) anyway we all kind of hit it off & they asked Phill to please help them load and unload the trucks as they just moved in this weekend. They paid him for his help & have told him that they have many home projects that they would appreciate him working on starting with stripping & repainting the bathrooms in the house. So officially Phill has steady work coming in for the next couple of weeks & since it is right next door he can bring Madi with him!! On the days that he cant focus on Madi like today the Grandmas & Grandpas get to take turns watching her. All in all this is turning out to be a great Birthday Month :) Hope everyone is well, talk to you soon.
